UPW was established in 1984, producing design-led luxury and sustainable yarn collections focusing on fantastic colour, always held in stock for fast sampling. Our yarn collection comprises of woollen-spun, semi-worsted and fancy twisted yarns, all dyed and spun at our own facilities in Dongguan, China.

- UPW disclosed the carbon information of 10 yarn products on the "International Carbon Disclosure Platform for Textile and Apparel".
2023
- Plans to launch a photovoltaic power station to maximize the development and utilization of new energy, reducing carbon emissions during the yarn manufacturing stage.
2022
- Completed carbon footprint certification for 10 core yarn products and carbon neutrality certification for 6 of them, receiving the corresponding certificates from the authoritative certification body, TÜV SÜD.
2021
- Launched the upgraded PLUS certification series, fully utilizing sustainable raw materials for low-carbon yarns.
2020
- Became the industry leader in launching the ECO series.
