ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007. The mission of the company is to integrate the sports spirit of “Going Beyond Oneself” into everyone’s daily life. ANTA Sports principally engages in design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Over the years, the company formed three brand groups: Performance Sports Brands, Fashion Sports Brands and Outdoor Sports Brands, empowering everyone who loves sports. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT and MAIA ACTIVE, etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic.

As a pioneer in addressing climate change and promoting green development, Anta actively explores the economic opportunities and challenges that climate change may bring to businesses. Anta is steadily advancing its "1+3+5" strategic goals for harmonious coexistence with the environment, firmly committed to the practice of green technological transformation and accelerating the company’s transition to clean and low-carbon development.Based on the recommendations of TCFD and ISSB, Anta has established a climate change management system and mechanism encompassing governance, strategy, risk management, as well as targets and performance. The company integrates climate change response into the entire lifecycle of its operations, seeking business models that effectively address climate-related risks.

- Anta formally joined and pledged to support the commitment of the SBTi in January 2023. Anta also plans to set carbon reduction targets for its business in accordance with the SBTi standard, covering the whole value chain, including production, logistics, and retail, and will take active actions to promote carbon reduction.
Anta's proposed science-based carbon reduction target is to reduce Scope 1 and 2 absolute GHG emissions by 42.0% and Scope 3 absolute GHG emissions by 51.6% by 2030, using 2022 as the base year.
