Climate Actions

Zhongding actively implements a series of emission and carbon reduction measures, including carbon footprint quantification analysis, promoting low-carbon technologies, optimizing production processes and supply chain management, improving energy efficiency, and adopting renewable energy. These efforts, combined with offsetting unavoidable emissions, aim to achieve carbon neutrality.

Climate Milestone

  • 2024

    - Three luxurious 100% cashmere yarns, ELEGANCE, LULLABY, and SERENITY, have undergone carbon footprint accounting in accordance with the ISO 14067:2018 standard, covering the carbon footprint from "cradle to gate" across their lifecycle

    - Following the principle of "prioritizing emission reduction and carbon sequestration over offsetting," the company offset the "unabated GHG emissions" by purchasing International Renewable Energy Certificates (I-REC). As a result, the products achieved carbon neutrality and were awarded the ISO 14068:2023 carbon neutrality certificate by the internationally recognized third-party certification body TÜV SÜD
